- Over his last two games played, Jones II has hit five home runs with 16 RBI.
- Jones II is now up to 11 home runs on the season and leads the team with 107 total bases.
- His .560 slugging percentage leads all qualified batters on the team, along with his 25 XBH.

Marvelous martin
- Brayden Martin has been Mr. Reliable this season. He has gotten on base in 51 out of 53 games this season and he leads the team in hits (70) and batting average (.341).
- On Tuesday, Brayden Martin set a new program record for career walks with 141, passing Luke Shliger.
- His intelligence at the plate has contributed to his 52 walks this season, leading the Big Ten conference and sits top five in the nation.
- Martin's brilliant base running puts him at a team leading 59 runs and 19 stolen bases. He ranks in the top two in the Big Ten in both of those categories.

freshmen phenoms
- The Maryland freshmen have come out hot in their debut seasons and have shown no sign of stopping.
- Dual athlete Bud Coombs hit his eighth home run of the season on Tuesday during his three hit game, his second game in a row with three hits and a home run. In the 27 games he has played, he has raked up a 1.282 OPS with 17 XBH and 61 total bases.
- Shortstop Ty Kaunas has impressed on both sides of the ball. He has tallied up 16 doubles, the most out of all freshmen in the Big Ten and ranks top five in the conference.
- Ryan Costello has 15 home runs this season, the most on the team. He has a total of 24 XBH, the second most in the team. These contribute to his outstanding 59 RBI on the season ranking third in the Big Ten.
- Nate Hawton-Henley has also turned up when the opportunity arises. He has 29 hits for a .354 batting average throughout 36 games played this season.
- Franklin Pichardo Jr. earned the start behind the plate on Tuesday night and tallied two hits to put him at nine in 14 games played this season, with a .409 batting average.

Second baseman David Mendez has been phenomenal on both defense and offense.
- He has a .553 slugging percentage in Big Ten play and his .350 average leads the team in conference play.
- After his three hit performance on Tuesday, Mendez sits at 64 hits with 23 being for extra bases this season. This puts him at 106 total bases on the season.
- On the defensive side, he has a team high 126 assists and 26 double plays, to show his threat on both sides of the ball.
