As a sophomore (2017): Started all 19 games at close defense for 2017 National Champions ... totaled 21 ground balls and five caused turnovers ... made first career start at #11 Navy (2/11), collecting two ground balls ... had a ground ball vs. High Point (2/18) ... had a ground ball vs. #8 Yale (2/25) ... caused a career-high three turnovers and had two ground balls while limiting #4 Notre Dame (3/4) to five goals ... had three ground balls vs. Villanova (3/18) ... posted career-high four ground balls at #14 North Carolina (3/25) ... had two ground balls vs. #1 Penn State (4/8) ... had a ground ball and a caused turnover at #5 Albany (4/12) ... had a ground ball at #7 Ohio State (4/22) ... had a pair of ground balls in Big Ten finals at #7 Ohio State (5/4) ... had two ground balls, caused turnover and held #3 Ohio State (5/29) to six goals in NCAA final win.
As a freshman (2016): Appeared in 11 games ... won 4-of-5 critical second half faceoffs in win at Michigan (4/2).
Before Maryland: A four-year letter-winner in both lacrosse and football at Shawnee High School … a two-time all-american and two-time all-state selection for lacrosse … three-time all-conference selection in football … played club lacrosse for Tri-State Lacrosse.
Personal: Son of David and Frances Corley … has three older brothers and a younger sister … also recruited by Denver and Duke.
Reason for coming to Maryland: The beautiful campus.
