Rocke’s heroic shot earned Maryland a midweek victory.
Gracie Wilson's first-career homer opened the scoring in the bottom of the second inning to put Maryland ahead 1-0. She tied the game in the sixth inning with an RBI groundout.⬇️7️⃣ Zayda Rocke'd it OUTTA here for the walk-off🤩🤩

Elisea Wiegand got the start in the circle for the Terps and was dominant through her first five scoreless innings. Rocke, Matti Benson, and Caroline Fox all logged multi-hit days in the win. Fox picked up a crucial RBI during Maryland's two-run sixth inning. Rocke's two-run blast sent the fans home happy as the freshman catcher launched her seventh homer of the year into the College Park night. The Terps are back in action with a three-game series against Oregon starting on Friday.
