The Terps collected five hits in the final game of their weekend series.
COLLEGE PARK, MD — Mariah Penta collected a tio of hits as Maryland and No. 18 Oregon wrapped up their weekend series on Sunday afternoon. The Ducks used two big homers to grab a 8-2 win and drop the Terps to 14-26 (1-17 Big Ten) on the season.
Elisea Wiegand held Oregon hitless until the third inning on Sunday afternoon. She worked a clean frame in the second and allowed five runs across her five-inning outing against the Ducks. Aubrey Wurst hurled the final two innings of the weekend's series.

- T1: Oregon took a 1-0 lead on a sac-fly.
- B1: Penta singled for the first hit of the morning.
- T2: Wiegand worked a 1-2-3 inning and capped it with a strikeout.
- T4: Wiegand stranded the bases loaded in a scoreless inning of work.
- B4: Penta led the inning off with an infield single for her second knock of the day.
- T5: Stefini Ma'Ake's grand slam gave the Ducks a 5-0 lead.
- B5: Caroline Fox led the inning off with a double to left-center.
