3/21/2025 7:30:00 PM | Softball
Despite a leadoff solo home run by Mazie MacFarlane in the bottom of the first to get the Terps in the scoring column first, Michigan (22-8, 2-0 Big Ten) scored five unanswered runs to secure the win. Three of the runs were scored in a bases-clearing double with bases loaded by Ella Stephenson in the bottom of the sixth. The Terps later ended the run with an RBI single by Julia Shearer.
MacFarlane's homer was her third of the season and eight as a Terp. She has 12 home runs overall in her career between her time at Maryland and Utah State.B1 | Maryland 1, Michigan 0
