Maryland Women Place Sixth, Men Take TenthTHE BRONX, NY - Four freshmen led the Maryland women's cross country team to a sixth place finish the weekend of Oct. 18-19 at the IC4A Championships. Lisa DeGrechie was the top Terrapin for the third consecutive meet, placing seventh overall with a time of 19 minutes, 5.3 seconds in the women's 5000m. The men also had a strong showing, coming in tenth. They were led by senior Ed Hogan who ran the 5 mile race in 25 minutes, 30.3 seconds for a sixteenth place finish. Men's Cross Country |
