Earned Scholar-Athlete Award at Lenape HS in Medford, N.J... Graduated among top 10 percent in class... N.J. state champion at 1,600 as a senior after winning sectional meet... Doubled at county championship in 1,600 and 3,200 as a sophomore, junior and senior... Conference and county champion individually in cross country as a junior and senior... Won county and district distance titles as a freshman... Pre-Maryland PRs of 4:52 in 1,600 and 18:27 at 5K.
