Placed 40th at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional at Lehigh, helping Terps place eighth as a team... Covered 6K course in 21:37, her best time of the season... Finished 41st individually at the ACC Championships in Virginia in 22:49.1... Placed 11th overall in 21:40 as the Terps won the Leopard Invitational at Lafayette.
2007 OUTDOOR TRACK: Placed fourth in the 800 meters at the Maryland Invitational with a time of 2:16.71... posted an eighth-place finish at the Patriot Open with a time of 2:16.93... ran a 4:44.68 in the 1,500 meters at the Duke Asics Invitational and placed 39th... finished ninth in the event at the Disney World Invitational with a time of 4:47.02... was a member of Maryland's ECAC-qualifying 4x800 relay team that placed 14th at the Penn Relays.
2007 INDOOR TRACK: Qualified for the ECAC Championships with Maryland's top mile time of the season when she placed third at the New Balance Collegiate with a time of 5:00.49... finished 17th at the ECAC Championships, running the mile in 5:01.79... posted a time of 5:02.66 on the banked track at the Virginia Tech Challenge and placed 11th... placed sixth in the 800 meters at the Terrapin Invitational with a time of 2:21.52.
2006 CROSS COUNTRY: Improved as the season went on, finishing in the team top four in the Terps' final five events... placed 22nd overall at the Tribe Invitational with a time of 23:12.9... finished 41st overall at the Spiked Shoe Invitational with a time of 23:07.9... ended the season with a 27th overall finish (18:44.0) at the ECAC Championships, second-best among Maryland runners.
BEFORE MARYLAND: Participated in cross country, track, swimming, and soccer at Liberty (PA) High School... held records for her high school in 4x400, 800m, 4x800 and placed seventh in state championship in 4x400 ... also swam in high school and held multiple records and an All-American in 200 and 400 free relay... was secretary for student government and National Honor Society ... transferred from Colorado State University where she redshirted as part of the cross country and track program... track coach in high school was Bill Ruth... top pre-collegiate marks include a 5:15 mile, 18:36 in the 5,000 and 2:14 in the 800.
