Best 6K mark of the season came at Penn State National with 24:05 clocking... Also went 24:21 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run... Went 25:35.2 to finish 68th at Salty Dog Invitational, hosted by Navy.
2009 CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in four events for Terps as a freshman... Best finish was a 24th at the UMES Lid-Lifter, covering the 5K course in 20:14.6... Went 19:18 to place 29th overall at the Great American Festival as Terps' B team finished third... Also particpated at the Wolfpack Invitational and the Panorama Farms Invitational.
BEFORE MARYLAND - Indoor national champion in 2006 in the 4x8800 relay... New York State champion in the 4x800 in 2006... Outdoor national champion in 2006 in the 4x800... third in indoor nationals in 2008... four-time All-American... set national record in the 4 x 1-mile relay.
