Meghan Sullivan, a member of the Terps' first varsity women's water polo team in 2004, is in her fourth season as an assistant coach with Maryland. She is the program's first full-time assistant coach, aiding head coach Carl Salyer in all the day-to-day operations.

Sullivan (Graves during her playing days) played for the Terrapins from 2000-04, including the team's first (2004) at the varsity level.

For two seasons, she was a volunteer assistant coach at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, while working in other positions in fitness and aquatics.

She was the captain of the Maryland women's water polo team, as well as a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Sullivan earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology in May 2004, and was a member of the Dean's List and the All-ACC Academic Team.
