Started in all 33 matches and 122 games ... led the team in assists with 855 for the year and 7.01 per game ... recorded 10 or more digs five times over the season ... had 22 services aces on the year ... combined for two aces and 13 digs in third-consecutive NCAA Tournament matches against Louisville (Dec. 3) and Kentucky (Dec. 2) ... notched a career-high of 41 assists in the match at Miami (Oct. 28) ... posted 30 or more assists in 10 matches ... tied career-high of two service aces against St. Peter's (Sept. 17) ... had second-career block against Pittsburgh (Sept. 9).
AS A SOPHOMORE (2004)
Played in 65 games and 27 matches ... played in second consecutive NCAA Tournament, seeing time against Towson (Dec. 3) and Penn State (Dec. 4) ... tied a career-high with four assists in the conference title match vs. North Carolina (Nov. 21), helping the Terrapins to their second consecutive ACC Championship ... in opening round vs. Wake Forest (Nov. 18), put together an all-around effort with four assists, four digs and two aces ... had first career block against Florida State (Oct. 8).
AS A FRESHMAN (2003)
Played in 23 games and 14 matches ... saw action in the Terps' NCAA Tournament matches vs. American (Dec. 5) and Colorado State (Dec. 6) ... had three assists and a dig in her first career ACC Tournament match vs. Duke (Nov. 21) ... recorded three assists vs. George Mason (Sept. 16).
Graduated from Bloomington South in 2003 ... named team captain and MVP her junior and senior years ... was an all-conference selection her senior year and was named Athlete of the Week for Monroe Co. (Ind.) several times ... led her team in assists and service aces ... also lettered in track and ran the 400 meters.
Daughter of Michelle and Steve Papp ... has a brother, Jacob, and a sister, Casey ... also recruited by St. Louis, Memphis, Florida State, Utah State, Indiana and Alabama ... chose Maryland because of the team, coaches and campus ... a letters and sciences major.
