As a Junior (2011-12): Led Maryland at the NCAA Diving Zones, finishing second in the 1-meter competition (571.90)...also third in the 3-meter (607.30) and ninth in the platform (378.10)...Terps' top performer in the 1-meter (323.48) and 3-meter (320.45)...captured the 1-meter dive (305.35) and 3-meter dive (320.45) at the Terrapin Cup.

As a Freshman (2008-09): Landed on the podium with a third-place finish in the 1-meter at the 2009 ACC Championships...her score of 333.05 in that event also registered as a school record...also scored a personal-best 321.95 in the 3-meter at the championships...finished second in the 3-meter (308.15) at the Terrapin Cup.

Before Maryland: Graduated from MSSUOR No. 3 in Moscow in 2008.

Personal: Daughter of Vyacheslav and Marina Kurbatova...one of two international members in the Maryland swimming and diving program.
