As a Freshman (2008-09): Swam four personal bests in her rookie season in College Park, including three at the ACC Championships and one at the Terrapin Cup...point scorer with a tenth-place finish in the 200 breast (2:15.42) and also took 16th in the 100 back (1:04.41) at the 2009 ACC Championships...also a member of the 400 medley relay that finished fourth in the championships...finished 12th in the 100 breast (1:06.51) and 14th in the 400 IM (4:34.43) at the Terrapin Cup...also a member of the winning 400 medley relay (3:46.78) that helped the women's squad win the Terrapin Cup title.

Before Maryland: All-State and All-American all four years at Barrington High School...swam 100 breaststroke and medley relay four years and participated in the 200 IM her junior and senior years...finished third in the state in the 100 breast as a junior and a senior...member of National Honor Society and was a volunteer coach for the NWSRA, a swim team with team members that are mentally handicapped.
