As a Freshman (2008-09): School-record holder in the 200 back (1:57.07)...secured personal-best times in the 100 free (50.97) and 100 back (54.50) in the Terrapin Last Chance Meet...also notched three career-bests in the 200 free (1:47.65), 500 free (4:47.63), and 200 back (1:57.07) at the ACC Championships...individual point scorer for Maryland at the ACC Championships after finishing seventh in the 200 back and ninth in the 200 free...also a member of the fourth-place 400 free relay squad (3:18.65)...had a solid rookie trip to the Terrapin Cup, finishing fifth in the 200 back (2:01.52) and sixth in the 100 back (57.33) and landing on the podium with third-place finishes in the 500 free (4:55.41) and 200 free (1:49.60)...member of winning 800 free relay (7:26.97) and third place 400 medley relay (3:50.35).

Before Maryland: Swam four years at Wilde Lake High School...competed in the 50, 100, 200 and 500 free and the 100 and 200 backstroke...member of the Catonsville YMCA swim club where she was a YMCA All-American, Top 16, and a short course and long course national finalist...member of National Honor Society and student body president at Wilde Lake.
