Before Maryland: Played at Edmond Santa Fe High School for Rhonda Lawson...was a pitcher and outfielder...team went 34-9 overall and advance to Oklahoma state semifinals in her senior year (2012)...went 26-5 on the mound with an ERA of 1.75, 200 strikeouts, a .348 average at the plate and 36 RBI that year...named The Oklahoman's All-Big City Player of the Year, All-District Player of the Year and an All-State First Team pitcher...named All-Edmond Player of the Year, All-Vype West pitcher...earned the Ferguson Jenkins Student-Athlete award and was named a March of Dimes Top 3 Outstanding Athlete...graduated with a GPA of 3.8...played club softball for the Tulsa Eagles Gold for Dave Simmons and Tommy Rogers...led team in home runs in junior and seniors summers and hit over .400 in those years as well...planned events for a marketing class, including the Heather Harkness Memorial Volleyball Tournament and was active in Youth in Government.
