COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The W-League's Maryland Pride will feature four current Maryland players and several other Terp alumni for the 2001 season.

Newcomers for the 2001 season include juniors Courtney Beirne and Sara Gustafson and sophomore Lindsay Givens, who are members of the Terps' current squad. They join Maryland goalie Ali Wolff, who returns for her third season with the Pride.

Among the former Terps on the Pride are Emmy Harbo, Jackie Mynarski, Robin McCullough and Michelle Salmon, the head coach of the UMBC women's soccer team.

The Pride will open their 2001 at the Maryland SoccerPlex in Germantown, Md. against the Jacksonville Jade on May 20 at 2 p.m.
