Maryland senior keeper Riki-Ann Serrins (Mission Viejo, Calif.) has been named to the East squad at the 2001 UMBRO Select All-Star Classic. The event featuring the nation's top senior college soccer players will take place from Feb. 1-4, 2001 in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

The sixth annual women's college game will take place on Feb. 3 at Lockhart Stadium.

Serrins had a standout senior season for the Terps and wrote her name into the Maryland record book when it comes to goalkeeping. She finished her Maryland career ranked as the all-time leader in career shutouts with 13.5 and in the top three all-time in goals against average, saves and games played. She was named a second team All-ACC performer in 1998 and again as a senior in 2000. She played in 58 games as a keeper, starting 44, including all 19 in 2000, posting a 1.39 goals against average during her four years. She finished No. 3 all-time in saves with 219.
