COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Senior sprinter Stacey Minott (Greenburg, N.Y.) garnered ACC Performer of the Week honors for her performance at the Terrapin Invitational last Saturday.

Minott broke the school record in the 100 meters and qualified automatically for NCAA competition as she finished first with a time of 11.51 to lead the women's team to victory at the meet.

Minott, who owned the previous school record of 11.63, is the first Terp to win the award during the outdoor season. It was the first such honor for Minott, one of three seniors on the women's team.
