2000 (Freshman): Played in eight games scored two goals on just three shots both goals came on the road as she scored against Towson (3/7) and Johns Hopkins (4/15) also picked up three ground balls.
Prep: Graduated from Severna Park High School in Severna Park, Md. a four-time honorable mention All-American in lacrosse, she also earned all-county recognition four times, and was a captain her senior year was a three-time All-Met (Baltimore Sun and Washington Post) player in field hockey, she was selected to the all-state team her senior year after Severna Parks third straight championship earned seven varsity letters in her prep career.
Personal: Julie Elizabeth Shank was born on February 12, 1981 is the daughter of Mary and Samuel Shank, Jr. sister, Becky, is a former Terrapin lacrosse player member of the National Honor Society majoring in marketing and psychology.
