Brooke Catullo Hometown: West Chester, Pa. Position: Director of Women's Lacrosse Operations Experience: First Season Alma Mater: North Carolina

Brooke Catullo (Young), a native of West Chester, Pa., comes to College Park after spending time as the recruiting Director for Lightning Lacrosse and the top assistant coach at Monmouth University and Franklin and Marshall College.

In 2009, Catullo helped coach the NCAA Division III champion Diplomats, while F&M was NCAA runners-up in 2008 and Final Four participants in 2010. The Diplomats compiled an astonishing 56-7 record while Catullo was an assistant coach.

After graduation Catullo served as an assistant high school coach in the talent-rich region of Eastern Pennsylvania at Downington East High School. During that time, she also was the women's lacrosse director at the United Sports Training Center where she ran major lacrosse tournaments in addition to leagues and camps.

Catullo was a four-year attacker for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Catullo helped UNC capture the ACC title in 2002 before landing in the NCAA Final Four.
