    Hey guys,

After all our hard work the team finally got to go home for Thanksgiving break. The freshmen were so excited because it was our first time home since arriving at school. Seeing our family was nice for all of us and I know I was happy to have some home cooked meals. Thanksgiving was a great break from classes but now we really need to concentrate on making the grades and making our routines.

With our intersquad meet coming up this Friday we need to get in the gym on Monday and mentally and physically prepare ourselves for our first meet in Comcast. For the 5 newcomers it is going to be the first time we will do our routines in our competition venue. Before the break all the girls looked awesome. Our team is really coming together nicely and all the routines are really exciting to watch. The chemistry between the girls is amaizing and the coaches are a blast to be around.

With finals just around the corner the team needs to focus on managing their time between studying, practice, and of course having fun. The team has an amazing attitude right now and I am so excited for this season.

    Thanks for reading,

    Alyssa Valbert :)
