The University of Maryland gymnastics team features NCAA-qualifying athletes with an experienced and passionate coaching staff. Head coach Brett Nelligan looks forward to the 2010-11 season:
“Maryland Gymnastics is a program on the rise. We have a young and energetic staff and we’ve been on the road signing some of the top young talent in the country. We are poised to make our presence known on a national stage.”
“This season we return an excellent core including the conference rookie of the year Kesley Cofsky and EAGL All-Around Champion Abby Adams. We also welcome an extremely talented freshman class that includes two national champions in Karen Tang (FX) and Elizabeth Manzi (BB). The outlook for this season is very bright.”
