Community Service
The University of Maryland gymnasts and coaching staff give back to their community by participating in a number of community service projects throughout the year.
Recently, the Terps have been involved with:
- Practice facility tours with first graders from Capitol Hill Day School
- “Read, Respect, Responsibility’ campaign with Bel Pre Elementary School
- Making strides for Breast Cancer walk
- “Read Across America” elementary school tour
- The Maryland Student-Athlete Advisory Council’s canned food drive
- Relay for Life
