Spring 2012: Completed her career as Maryland's all-time scoring average leader (74.79)...played in all six spring tournaments...finished with three rounds at or below par...tallied one top-10 finish...opened the season with a 232 (77-76-79) at the JMU/Eagle Landing Invitational...fired a 226 (76-72-78) at the Pinehurst Challenge...led the Terps to the John Kirk Panther Intercollegiate title with a season-low 2-over 218 (73-72-73)...at the Rebel Intercollegiate, finished with a 10-over 226...fired a 237 at the ACC Championship...carded a 12-over 228 (77-74-77) at the NCAA East Regional at Penn State Golf Courses.
Fall 2011: Competed in all five fall tournaments while placing in the top-20 three times...at the Cougar Classic was the top-Terp performer with a 4-over 220 (76-75-69), and carded a season-low 69 in the third round...tied for 45th at the Wild Eggs Cardinal Classic...fired a 7-over 223 (74-79-70) to finished tied for third at the Terps won the UNCG/Starmount Classic...carded a 54-hole season-low 219 (73-73-73) to finish 11th at the Lady Pirate Invitational as Maryland won the tournament for the second consecutive year...tied for 14th with a 7-over 223 (76-74-73) at the Palmetto Intercollegiate.
Spring 2011: Selected to participate as an individual at the NCAA West Regional...competed in all four spring events for Maryland...led the Terps in all three regular-season events and the ACC Championship...opened the spring with an 8-over 224 at the JMU Invitational...placed third at the John Kirk Panther Intercollegiate, shooting a 3-under 213...at the Rebel Intercollegiate, tied for 12th with a 3-round 223...placed fifth individually at the ACC Championship with a 7-over 220 over three rounds...tied for 58th at NCAA West Regional with a three-day 233 (77-77-79)...ranked 10th in the ACC with an average score of 74.45 in 29 rounds.
Fall 2010: Competed in all five tournaments for Maryland...at the season-ending Cougar Classic, carded a team-best 222...earned All-Tournament Team honors at the Lady Pirate Intercollegiate for 3-over 217 performance, helping Maryland clinch the title...recorded 219 (73-73-73) at Pat Bradley Invitational.
Spring 2010: Earned two top-20 finishes and one top-10 placing...came in second at the Hoya Women's Invitational with a 3-over 147 (73-74), helping the team to their own second place finish...nabbed another top-20 finish at the Pinehurst Challenge with a 10-over 226 (76-76-74) for T-18th...seven rounds of 75 or lower...averaged a 76.69 in 16 rounds...ranks top-15 in the ACC with a season average of 74.97...earned All-ACC honors for second straight year.
Fall 2009: Competed in all five fall tournaments...best performance was at the Palmetto Intercollegiate in October in which she carded a 3-under 216 and earned her second first place finish...had three top-10 finishes...was fifth in the ACC averaging a 73.00 after competing in 14 rounds...was one of only three conference players who earned first place finishes...registered a low round of 68 at the Palmetto Intercollegiate...was under par in three tournaments, Duramed Cougar Classic (3-under) and Palmetto Intercollegiate (3-under).
Spring 2009: Led team with a scoring average of 74.4, finishing with the best score on the team in every event...all 15 rounds of regular season counted toward team score...shot at or under par in four rounds and finished with a 75 or lower in 13 of 15 rounds...posted four top-10 finishes and six top-20 finishes...started season with a tie for 14th place at the Edwin Watts/Kiawah Island Classic, shooting a 9-over 225 (73-80-72)...finished sixth at the UNC-Wilmington Lady Seahawk Classic, finishing 11-over par...best finish of the season at John Kirk/Panther Intercollegiate at Georgia State, finishing fifth overall with scores of 78-71-72...tied for 10th at the Canes & Cardinal Classic, shooting 11-over over three rounds...shot a 10-over 223 at the Atlantic Coast Conference Championship, firing off consistent rounds of 74-75-74...qualified for the NCAA East Regional in Gainesville, Fla., and finished in a tie for 11th place at 7-over par...shot best two rounds of the season in the final rounds of the regional, firing a 71 and 70, respectively.
Fall 2008: Led Maryland with a 74.4 scoring average during 14 rounds...also led the team with five rounds at or under par and eight rounds at 75 or lower...earned individual title at the Spider Fall Invitational with 1-under score of 72-71--143...led Terps to the team title in that event in 14-team field...was low scorer for Maryland in all five fall events and had all 14 of her scores count toward the team total...also got T-2nd with 74-73-71--218 at the Badger Invitational, hosted by Wisconsin...had pair of other top-20 finishes at Lady Pirate (79-78-71--228 for T17 finish) and at Palmetto Intercollegiate (78-78-76--232 for T20th).
Before Maryland: Three-year All-State selection in Virginia...won the Virginia High School League Group A individual title (68-70--138) and helped Floyd County HS to the team title in 2007 and 2008...also won state individual title in 2004...won the Virginia State Golf Association Junior Girls Championship in summer 2007 by 15 strokes...set the event's single-round scoring mark with an opening-round 6-under 66...went 66-68--134 to post a 10-under total at Independence GC in Midlothian, Va...became the first player to have two rounds in the 60's at that event since 1970...won the Virginia State Golf Association Junior Girls title in 2005 as a 15-year-old...shot a 73 in the final round to post a two-stroke victory...won two events on the International Junior Golf Tour.
Personal: Parents are Barry and Susan Hollandsworth... father is a high school principal... mother played tennis at Radford Univ... has two younger sisters... says the toughest thing about being a student-athlete is time management...enjoys working out...majoring in kinesiology...chose Maryland over James Madison and Virginia.
