Maryland Releases Spring Schedule Terps will host Princeton, Syracuse in spring games

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The Maryland field hockey team released its 2013 spring competitive events and programs schedule this week. The Terrapins will host some of the nation's best, as well as some alumni events this spring.

Admission to all events is free.

Thurs. March 14	Red/White Intrasquad Game	6 p.m.
Sat. March 30	Maryland, American, JMU, Alumni	4 p.m.
Sat. April 6	Maryland vs. Princeton	4 p.m.
	Terp alumni vs. Syracuse	6 p.m.
Sun. April 7	Maryland vs. Syracuse	Noon
Sat. April 13	Alumni Game	1 p.m.
Sat-Sun. April 20-21	Terp 7's Clinic and Competition (Under 16 and Under 19 clubs)

The Terrapins will be hosting a retirement party for former Terrapin great Keli Smith Puzo on April 12. Smith Puzo was a two-time Olympian that also played in two World Cups, 179 international matches and two Pan American Games. She was a member of the 1999 national championship team. She retired last month after over 10 years on the U.S. National Team.
