The family environment is what sets Maryland apart. Head coach Brenda Frese’s number one goal is to provide each student-athlete with the most positive and diverse experience possible. She helps players find confidence within themselves so they are empowered to be the best student-athlete they can be. There are many fun and unique experiences off the court that enable the team to establish a special bond, camaraderie and friendships that last a lifetime. Coach Frese is the mother of twin boys, Tyler and Markus, who are around the team throughout the season. The involvement of Coach B's family makes it even more like a family away from home!
