Junior Mike Letts won his second open tournament championship in as many weeks, going a perfect 5-0 at 174 pounds Saturday at the Wolfpack Open at NC State.

Letts, the No. 11 ranked wrestler in the nation at 174 pounds, recorded two pins, a technical fall and a major decision Saturday.

Letts pinned Campbell's Justin Sparrow in 1:34, took an 11-5 decision from Ohio State's TC Pendleton, pinned Newberry College's Brock Budesheim in 4:47, notched a 16-0 technical fall against North Carolina's Ben Fiacco and defeated No. 19 David Rella of Ohio State in the title match via an 11-2 major decision.

Freshman Josh Asper made the semifinals at 165 pounds, winning three matches before falling to No. 15 Colt Sponseller of Ohio State on a 26-10 technical fall.

Matt Bogusz, Owen Duffy, Mike Hromada, Jon Kohler, Chris Lloyd, Matt MacLean, Shawn Mazzarone, Lou Ruland, Will Sharbaugh and Tommy Sitar also competed.
