Guzzio Remains Undefeated As Terps Take Millersville Tournament

MILLERSVILLE, Pa. - All-America Candidate James "The Guzzler" Guzzio (Sr. Greensboro, NC) ran his record to 18-0 on Saturday as he took his 134 lb. wieght class and the Maryland wrestling team took the Millersville Belles Wrestling Tournament on Saturday.

The Terps defeated five other teams including Rutgers and host Millersville to win the tournament.

Other winners for the Terps at their respective weight classes were Shane Mack (Jr. Ithaca, NY) at 142 lbs.; Jeff Whalen (Sr. Camp Hill. PA) at 150 lbs; Craig Garrison (Jr. Pompton Lakes, NJ)at 177 lbs.; and Dave Vernier (Sr. Gaithersburg, MD) at the heavyweight class.

Guzzio was named the outstanding wrestler of the tournament.
