Bottom half of Maryland's lineup secures vital conference victory

As a Junior (2011-12): Played primarily at No. 4 singles and No. 3 doubles...his 16 singles victories ranked third on the team...partnered with Andy Magee and Tommy Laine to record 19 doubles victories...alongside Magee tallied a team-high nine conference doubles wins...won the red bracket at the UVa Classic with a 4-6, 7-5, 6-1 victory over George Washington's Francisco Dias (10/16)...defeated Georgia Tech's Vikram Hundal in three sets in Maryland's ACC tournament win over the Yellow Jackets (4/19)...partnered with a Magee for a crucial victory at No. 3 doubles in the Terps' upset of then-No. 18 North Carolina (4/15).

As a Sophomore (2010-11): Saw action predominantly at No. 5 and 6 singles ... 15 dual singles wins tied for best on the team ... won his final two completed singles matches, including wins over FSU's Anderson Reed (April 21) in the ACC Championships and Michigan's Chris Cha (May 13) in the NCAA Championships ... compiled a plus-.500 record (6-5) in conference, tied for best on the team ... saw action at all three doubles slots ... teamed predominantly with Andy Magee at No. 2 doubles and Tommy Laine at No. 3 doubles ... along with Magee knocked off Duke twice in doubles ... beat the Blue Devils' David Holland and Chris Mengel 9-8 (7-3) in the second round of the NCAA Championships (May 14).
