As a Sophomore (2010-11): Registered top five times for the Terps in the 100, 200 and 500 free...posted a season-best 1:41.83 in the 200 free, 46.80 in the 100 free and 4:41.86 in the 500 free at the Terrapin Invite...10th place in the 1650 free at the Terp Cup.

As a Freshman (2009-10): Helped guide the 800 free relay (6:43.50) to a second place finish and the 400 free relay (3:06.70) to a fourth place showing at the 2009 Terrapin Cup...individually, took 11th in the 200 free (1:42.69) and 14th in the 500 free (4:38.81) as Maryland won the annual invitational.

Before Maryland: Swam four years under coach Erik Posegay at Parkland High School...team was district champions in 2007...finished 11th in 500 free at PIAA state championship in 2008...three-time District 11 silver medalist and one-time bronze medalist with Trojans...All-American in 500 free...also competed with Parkland Aquatic Club...member of 800 free (short course) and 400 free (long course) record relays.
