Eppley Recreation Center
Natatorium
Opened on Jan 31, 1998, Eppley Recreation Center Natatorium on the campus of the University of Maryland is one of the premier swimming and diving venues in the country. 

The natatorium features one 50x25-yard pool with two moveable bulkheads and an underwater sound system.  There are two one-meter diving boards and two three-meter diving platforms. 

With seating for more than 1,000 spectators, the Eppley Recreation Center Natatorium has played host to such exciting national and regional events as numerous ACC Championships and YMCA Nationals. The facility also hosted the FINA World Cup and the USA Swimming Summer Long Course National Championships.

The Eppley Recreation Center also has fitness and weight-lifting equipment, indoor basketball courts and an indoor track.  A large outdoor pool adds a finishing touch to a facility that is one of a kind and can only be found at the University of Maryland.
