Maryland Men's Soccer Recruiting Class Named Nation's Best By CollegeSoccerNews.com

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The University of Maryland men's soccer recruiting class for this fall was tabbed the best in the nation according to CollegeSoccerNews.com. The Terps' incoming class includes midfielder Karou Forbess (Garland, Texas), midfielder Matt Kassel (Bridgewater, N.J.), forward Alex Lee (Derwood, Md.), goalkeeper Zac MacMath (St. Petersburg, Fla.), midfielder/forward Conor O'Leary (Rochester, N.Y.), midfielder/forward Matt Oduaran (Bear, Del.), midfielder/defender Tommy Schaeffler (Edgewater, Md.) and forward Casey Townsend (Traverse City, Mich). "This is a strong class, from top to bottom," said head coach Sasho Cirovski, "and when you combine this group of young players with the returning veterans, we have reason for optimism heading into this season."
