FAIRFAX, Va. - Junior Dessalyn Jolley's record of 61.52 in the 400m hurdles was only good for one week, as she improved on that at Saturday's Adidas Invitational in Fairfax, Va. Jolley finished in 61.15, improving her personal best and setting a school record for the second time in as many weeks.

Sophomore Jamie Dorshimer set a personal record in the pole vault, clearing 10-6.

Junior Jason Joubert also had a personal record-setting for himself, finishing the 400m hurdles in 53.79.

Junior Asa Heath had a career-best performance in the 110m hurdles at 14.04, putting him in sixth place on Maryland's all-time list.

Maryland will now rest and prepare for final exams this week before the women head to the ECAC Championships and the men to the IC4A Championships on May 23. Both will be held in Fairfax, Va. and will determine All-East honors. As of May 8th, the women are ranked No. 26 and the men No. 46 in the United States Track Coaches Association Outdoor Power Rankings.
