Brian Phipps joined the men's lacrosse staff as the first-ever full-time Director of Lacrosse Operations at his alma mater in the fall of 2010 after finishing an All-America career as a goalie for the Terps.
Prior to the 2011 season he transition to the Volunteer Assistant Coach and is responsible for coaching the Maryland goalies, assisting with the overall defense and will run the Terps' gameday substitutions.
