Four Maryland golfers register season bests; Maryland scores spring low

Fall 2011: Competed in all five tournaments for the Terps during the fall season...led Maryland with 72.33 scoring average, which tied for seventh in the ACC and was the second best among freshman in the conference...earned four top-20 finishes...carded a Maryland season-low 211 (72-68-71) at the Maryland Intercollegiate to tie for 12th competing as an individual...finished with a 5-over 221 (71-72-78) at the VCU Shootout...led the Terps to a sixth place finish at the Firestone Invitational with a 1-under 215 (69-73-73)...earned his first top-10 finish of his career at The Invitational with an even-par 216 (72-71-73) to tie for seventh...closed the fall with a 222 at the ODU/OBX Collegiate Invitational.
