Under the direction of the director of intercollegiate golf, Jason Rodenhaver, the Maryland men’s golf team will compete with the best college golf programs in the nation.
The Terps consistently win tournaments during the season and have strong showings in both the ACC and NCAA tournaments. With a newly renovated 18-hole, 6,700-yard championship course conveniently located on campus, the Maryland golf team is equipped for success. The semi-private facility provides members of the team access to state-of-the-art putting greens, chipping greens and a 45-station driving range. The newly constructed clubhouse features a private Maryland Golf Suite, including a team lounge, locker room facilities and coach’s offices.
The program has already developed its share of outstanding student-athletes with multiple tournament titles, all-conference accolades, ACC and U.S. Amateur champions and All-American status. Several former Terps have gone on to become professionals in the game and have enjoyed successful careers built on a foundation start at the University of Maryland.
