As a Freshman (2006): Redshirt season.

At Tuscarora High School: A three-year starter on the offensive side of the ball ... scored three TDs as the starting fullback in 2003 ... started along the offensive line as a junior and senior ... an honorable mention all-state choice in 2005 ... an all-county and all-league selecion in his junior and senior seasons ... played in the 2005 Baltimore Touchdown Club All-Star game ... also played four years of baseball ... coached by Shawn Carey.
