COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Friday night's baseball game between Maryland and No. 17 NC State has been postponed due to rain and will be made up as part of a Saturday doubleheader.

The game was originally scheduled for 7 p.m., but wet field conditions and continuing rain in the area forced it to be moved back a day.

Saturday's scheduled TV game on Fox Sports Net will still start at 1 p.m., with the second game beginning approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first.
