Baseball Defeats Florida A&M

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.--Jason Schlegel went 3-for-4 with two RBI's to help the Maryland Terrapins beat Florida A&M, 10-4 in front of 87 fans on Tuesday. The Terrapins improved to 5-12-1 overall, 0-6 in the ACC.

Tom Curtis got the win for three innings of two hit ball. Besides Schlegel, the Terrapins got help from Chris Blue, Larry Long and J.R. Thomas, who each had two RBI's. Consistency characterized the win, as Maryland scored at least two runs in four innings.

The game was the first in a two game series. The teams hook up again on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.
