ARLINGTON, Va. - The Terps improved to 4-6 this afternoon with a 4-3 come-from-behind win over George Washington this afternoon at Barcroft Park.

Trailing 2-1 after three innings, the Terps scored two runs in the top of the fourth as Larry Long doubled to score Brian Barton and Casey Trout. J.R. Thomas' home run in the seventh inning proved to be the game winning run as the Colonials scored a single run in the bottom of the eighth.

Joe Hart pitched five innings and allowed only four hits to gain his second victory of the season. Mike Wooden relieved Hart in the sixth and picked up his first career save. Wooden allowed a leadoff double in the ninth but struck struck out two of the next three batters.
