As a Junior (2011): Spent most of the season in the weekend rotation, making 11 starts and 13 total appearances ... went 2-5 with a 5.59 ERA ... third on the team with 58 strikeouts and fourth with 58 innings pitched ... struck out a career-high 11 batters in a no-decision vs. Army (2/25), going six innings and allowing three runs on three hits and four walks ... held No. 25 Georgia Tech (3/11) to a run on six hits, three walks and four Ks in six innings but suffered a loss ... earned his first win of the season with four solid innings of relief against George Mason (3/30) in which he allowed just two hits and no runs ... got his second straight win on 4/5 against West Virginia, returning to a starting role and logging 5 2/3 innings ... returned to the weekend rotation with a Sunday start at NC State, going four innings and allowing three runs (two earned) on five hits ... moved back into the Friday-night role on 5/6 at North Carolina, pitching four innings and allowing four runs ... held Wake Forest (5/19) to two runs on two hits in five innings, striking out three and walking three.
