Maryland quartet is among 229 total collegiate and high school athletes the NSCA recognized.

Seth Diters is in his first year as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at The University of Maryland. Diters will be directly responsible for the strength and conditioning programs for baseball and men and women's golf.

Prior to coming to Maryland, Seth was a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Winona State University, located in Winona, Minnesota. During his 2 ½ year stay at Winona, Diters worked primarily with baseball, softball, men's basketball and gymnastics, while also assisting with football. During the 2010 season, Winona State baseball won their first ever Central Region Championship and advanced to the DII College World Series Final.

Prior to Winona State, Diters has worked at The University of Iowa with Olympic Sports, as well as Binghamton University.

Diters received his M.S. from Winona State University in May 2012 and earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from Springfield College in 2008.
