2011 CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in four events for Terps... Placed 6th overall and first on the team to lead Maryland to a 4-1-1 mark at the Mount 5K Duals (15:37.3)... Best 8K of the year was 25:34.6 to finish 46th (3rd on team) at the Navy Invitational... Placed 85th overall and 8th on the team with 25:38.0 on Clemson's 8K course.

2011 OUTDOOR TRACK - Had Terps' 3rd-best 1,500m of the year with 4:00.64 to finish 5th at the Kehoe Twilight... Also 4:10.03 at the Colonial Relays and 4:10.06 at Navy Invitational... Best 3K of the year was 8:45.71 to finish 12th at the Maryland Invitational... Went 15:35.92 for his top 5,000 mark of the season to finish 35th at the ACC Outdoor.

2011 INDOOR TRACK - Ran 4:22.98(b) for his best mile of the season at the Wesley Brown Invitational... Also went 4:23.79(b) at the Nittany Lion Challenge to place 5th... Only 800 of the year was 2:01.24 at the Terrapin Indoor, placing 15th... Went 2:35.51 to post best 1,000m of the year at the Terrapin Indoor... Went 9:09.55(b) for best 3,000 at the Virginia Tech Elite meet... Ran 3rd leg on DMR that went 10:21.82(b) at the Nittany Lion Challenge.

2010 CROSS COUNTRY - Had top-10 finish in his collegiate cross country debut, placing seventh overall and first for the Terps at the Mount St. Mary's Duals... Ran 15:57.1 over 5K course... Ran in fourth spot for Maryland at both the ACC Championships (82nd overall, 26:09.6 over 8K) and the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals (112th, 33:08 over 10K)... Also 26:06 over 8K at Lehigh Paul Short Run to place fifth on team and 27:46 over 5.2-mile route at Penn State.

BEFORE MARYLAND - Attended Walter Johnson HS in Bethesda... As a senior, had top-10 individual finishes at county and regional cross country meets... Indoors as senior, won Maryland 4A state title in 1,600 (4:21.90)... Mile PR came at the National Scholastic Indoor Championships... Outdoors, earned 4A West Region title in 1,600 and went on to finish second at States... Won 1,500 title at Victor Cahoon Track Classic... Pre-Maryland PRs of 1:57.41 at 800, 4:25.45 in mile, 4:09.12 at 1,500, 9:53.22 at 1,500 and 16:22 at 5K.
