2009 OUTDOOR TRACK - Had the Terps' top three marks in the 1,500 meters this season... had season-best time of 3:55.66 at the Maryland Twilight, finishing in fifth place... had a time of 4:00.78 at the Shamrock Invitational, placing second... finished 24th at the ACC Championships in the 1,500 at 4:07.35... had season-best time of 1:55.66 in the 800 meters event at the Mason Outdoor Invitational, placing 11th...finished third at the Maryland Invitational in the 800 at 1:56.49. 2009 INDOOR TRACK - Had Maryland's top three marks in the mile this season... finished 12th at the Virginia Elite in the mile with his season-best at 4:13.71... finished 27th at the ACC Championships in the 3,000 meters at 8:47.01...was part of the distance medley relay team that finished eighth at the ACC Championship with a time of 10:17.16. 2008 CROSS COUNTRY - Placed fourth on the team at the ACC Championships and 57th individually, going 26.03.0 over 8K... covered 5K course in 15:21.42 at the Duke Asics Invitational...Maryland's seventh runner to the line and 123rd overall at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional, going 36:34 over 10K. 2008 OUTDOOR TRACK - Individual winner at the Bison Outdoor Classic running a time of 3:55.34 in the 1,500 meters... finished 12th at Mason Invitational (3:56.04)... Placed second in the event at the Maryland Invitational with a 3:58.13 and came in 42nd at the ACC Championships (4:11.17). 2007 CROSS COUNTRY - Individual winner at the Mount St. Mary's Duals in his Terrapin debut, leading the Terps to a 5-0 record... covered 5K course in 16:11.2... placed 61st individually and fifth on the team at the ACC Championships, going 26:05.7 over 8K... Maryland's sixth runner to the line and 94th overall at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional, going 32:24 over 8K. BEFORE MARYLAND - Transferred to Maryland after a solid season at Marist University... member of cross country team that placed fifth at the 2006 IC4A Cross Country Championships, at the time the best finish ever for the Red Foxes at that meet... finished 113th in 27:18.4 at that event... placed 23rd in a time of 26:55.6 at the MAAC Championships... ran 4:25.24 indoor mile at the 2007 St. Valentine's Invitational... ran on Red Foxes' distance medley relay team in Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference indoor championships. |
