2009 OUTDOOR TRACK - Placed eighth in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:05.30 at the Maryland Twilight. 2009 INDOOR TRACK - Did not compete. 2008 OUTDOOR TRACK - Posted career best mark of 4:03.52 to place 23rd overall in 1500m at the Mason Invitational...finished 15th in the same event at the Maryland Invitational with a time of 4:05.60. 2007 OUTDOOR TRACK - Placed ninth in the 1,500 meters at the Navy Invitational with a time of 4:08.90... had a time of 15:28.93 at the ACC Championships in the 500 meters and placed 29th... finished 10th in the same event at the Maryland Invitational with a time of 15:33.05. 2007 INDOOR TRACK - Had a time of 15:58.87 in the 5,000 meters at the Virginia Tech Invitational and placed 11th... placed 33rd in the event at the ACC Championships with a time of 16:25.13... ran a 4:35.21 in the mile on the banked track at the Virginia Tech Challenge to place 47th... placed 15th in the 3,000 meters at the Patriot Games with a time of 9:02.07... finished 16th in the event at the Terrapin Invitational, running a 9:08.93. BEFORE MARYLAND - He was a WCAC champion in Cross Country during his sophmore year... Was also WCAC champion for in the 2 mile in his freshman campaign, and for the mile and two mile during his sophomore year... Was IAC runner-up during his junior year in Cross Country... Placed third at the IAC championships during his senior year... Was also IAC two mile champion during his junior year. |
