Child Policies
Children two years of age or younger are admitted to athletic events free of charge. Any child admitted without a ticket is required to remain in the lap of a parent/guardian during the event.

Youth/Senior Rates
The following age guidelines will be followed for all events that have special youth or senior rates. Youth ages (3-17) and seniors (62+).

Disability Seating
Disability seating and parking are available for all ticketed events. Please contact the ticket office for availability and identify your need.

Address Change
It is your responsibility to inform the Maryland Ticket Office of any changes in your address. You may manage your account by going online and signing in. Address changes may also be made in writing on your renewal application or via email at terptix@umd.edu.

Will Call
Tickets will be held at will call for if ordered with 5 business days of the event. Specific will call information for all of our ticketed events is below.

Football - On the day of the event, will call opens three hours prior to the game and is located at the West Gate of Capital One Field at Byrd Stadium.

Men's & Women's Basketball - On the day of the event, will call opens two hours prior to the game and is located at the Terrapin Ticket Office at Gate A on the second level of the Comcast Center.

Men's and Women's Soccer - On the day of the event, will call opens one hour prior to the game and is located at Gate B at Ludwig Field.

Men's Lacrosse - On the day of the event, will call opens one hour prior to the game and is located at Gate J of Capital One Field at Byrd Stadium.

Women's Lacrosse - On the day of the event, will call opens one hour prior to the game and is located at the main entrance to the Field Hockey and Lacrosse Complex.

Baseball - On the day of the event, will call opens one hour prior to the game and is located at the main entrance to Shipley Field at Bob "Turtle" Smith Stadium.

Admission to all other athletic events is free to the general public.
