ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal US citizens, residing in a zip code area located within the AAA Mid-Atlantic automobile club territory. See list of eligible zip codes at www.UMTerps.com/AAA. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of AAA Mid-Atlantic Inc. (the "Sponsor"), the University of Maryland and all other travel/prize providers, their advertising and/or promotion agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries, and/or any other person or entity directly involved with this sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in this sweepstakes. PRIZE:
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. . One (1) winner will receive use of a Suite for the Maryland vs. Clemson Men's Basketball Game on Friday February 22, 2013. Prize includes ten (10) game tickets, five (5) parking passes and limited food and beverages (non-alcoholic) in the Suite during the game. Former Maryland basketball star Juan Dixon will sign autographs in the Suite during the game. Juan Dixon appearance is subject to change without notice. Approximate Retail Value of the Prize:$1,000. Suite location at the discretion of the University of Maryland. TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM THE GAME AND LODGING NOT INCLUDED.

Grand Prize winner will be notified by e-mail, phone or overnight mail at Sponsor's discretion. A return email address, fax number, phone number and overnight return envelope (if winner is notified by overnight mail) will be provided to the winner. If Sponsor (or Sponsor's representative) cannot locate winner within 24 hours of date of attempted notification, the prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner will be required to sign and return to Sponsor (or Sponsor's representative) an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release within 48 hours of date of attempted notification. If a winner cannot be contacted within the notification period, fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release within the required time period, is not in compliance with these Official Rules, or a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such winner may forfeit prize and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.

Winners are fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting and using the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Grand Prize Winner's companions must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age), unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

DRAWING: The Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected by Promotion Management Corp. (PMC), an independent judging organization, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winner depend on the number of eligible entries received.
