Cindy is the single most successful coach in the game. She became the head coach of the University of Maryland's national championship program in 1991. The Under 23 National Coach has lead Maryland to five NCAA National Championships and eight consecutive Final Fours. Under Cindy's leadership the Maryland Lacrosse team became the first team in NCAA Division I history to win four consecutive NCAA Championships. Maryland's 1998 National Championship marked the seventh time that Maryland has claimed the championship, more than any other team in the country. Maryland's 50 consecutive wins makes the longest winning streak in NCAA men's and women's lacrosse history. Cindy has already produced over 40 All Americans at the University of Maryland
