The expansion and renovation of Capital One Field at Byrd Stadium is complete! A key component of this project is the addition of 440 new mezzanine seats just under the new-and-improved Tyser Tower.
These seats are ideally located under Tyser Tower, and feature:
- Complimentary in-seat food and beverage service
- Private seating area
- Spectactular view of the field
- Premium molded seats
- Overhead heaters
- Exclusive stadium entrance gate
- Reserved VIP parking
- Terpoint credit for gift portion of donation
- Tax deduction for gift portion

2009 Pricing and Lease Terms
Lifetime Rights
Donors are now able to secure long-term rights to Mezzanine Seating by making a campaign donation to the Byrd Building Partners Campaign. Donors will have the option of securing seats for the lifetime of the donor and spouse or 20 years, whichever is longer. Campaign donations are payable over a convenient 5-year period and Terpoints are awarded for contributions on a 8 point per $100 basis as current gift.
10-Year Rights
Mezzanine Seating is also available for 10-year rights. Enjoy all of the same benefits and amenities as a lifetime seat holder at prices that are less expensive than full lifetime rights.
Annual Rights
Annual Rights to the new Mezzanine Seating are also available. Fans can enjoy all of the benefits of the terrific seating area on a year-by-year commitment.
Please note: Donors who secure long-term or annual rights to Mezzanine Seating must commit to maintaining a minimum annual Terrapin Club donation, depending on section. Those requirements are as follows:

Campaign donors for Byrd Building Partner Mezzanine Seating will qualify for numbered reserved parking (1 space per 4 seats); the location will be base4 on the donor's annual giving level and Terpoint priority rank combined. Commitments for this campaign will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
