COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The Terrapin Club and Maryland Athletics are pleased to announce a major new membership campaign - 10,000 members by 2010. A comprehensive strategy to reach this ambitious goal has been developed, and we need your support.

Our first major initiative in this campaign kicks off on March 6, 2008 with Membership Madness, a four-month membership referral contest running through June 30, 2008.

During Membership Madness, each of the current 8,600 Terrapin Club members is asked to contribute to the growth of the Terrapin Club by signing up new members in order to receive prizes. The prizes will be awarded to referrers based on two categories: (1) members referred, and (2) total amount of donations generated through referrals.

In addition to the prizes, Terrapin Club members receive four Terpoints for every $100 of each referred member's initial gift. All Terrapin Club members are invited and encouraged to participate in the 2008 Membership Madness referral contest. Tier 4: Referral of 15 or more new members
- 2 Sideline passes for a home football game (date to be mutually agreed upon)
